  1. People realize this is a thing right? Before the vaccine was available we had “pox parties”.
  2. I won't. https://www.ucsusa.org/global-warming/science-and-impacts/science/effect-of-sun-on-climate-faq.html
  3. I think it is promising that Trump is actually citing science in a policy decision. It also shows that space travel and technology should be an international endeavor.
  4. I'm an Ind. Tech teacher and it was daily. Just kids talking while they were working. However, I'd mostly blame it on 4-5 kids that would get everyone else riled up.
  5. I was talking more about our students. I don't know how many times I had to break up conversations/arguments.... We even had parents accuse our school of "brainwashing" because students watch CNN Student News.
  6. In Wisconsin, Trump had 1.4 million votes to Clintons 1.38 million.
  7. Gerrymandering is bad, but how does it effect the Presidential election? The EC votes go to the popular vote of the state, not by congressional districts....Right?
  8. None of that says their sources were MSM. In fact it claims the opposite.
  9. Public domain from govt sources, not the MSM. You didn't read it, did you?
  10. This is a pretty good read of how a significant chunk of the dossier has been verified, and nothing in it has been proven false. https://www.lawfareblog.com/steele-dossier-retrospective
  11. No. They're not. https://www.foxnews.com/politics/fox-news-poll-president-trumps-ratings-after-two-years-in-office
  12. So Mueller isn't a crazy dem on a witchhunt?
  13. Ha! That would be something! However, my money is on greed and publicity.
  14. This has to be true! Which is why I don't feel sorry for any of them.
  15. If this is in response to my post, let me explain a little further. This is no longer about a "job." This is about a very toxic situation that wouldn't end well in most normal circumstances. It can be ended in two ways: leaving the job, or leaving the marriage. If this were me (and I thank God it's not!) I would have zero problem packing my wife's things today if she went back to that mess.
  16. In a "normal" household, one of two things would happen today. Either George shows up to work with Kellyanne to get her things and quit. Or George packs up his stuff and leaves when she doesn't. I don't feel bad for any of the people in this saga, they all brought it on themselves. But I do think it's ironic that a "family first" President is actively trying to add stress to a marriage that is already pretty stressful.
  17. Hopefully your time in prayer helps you relax. When you come back with a level head, I'd be interested in your answers to these questions. 1. Who here has said MSNBC and ultra liberal sites are better than Fox? There are discussions about how one is used as "state media" and that makes it different, but people here take all of these outlets with a grain of salt. 2. Who here has said infants need to be aborted? 3. Who here has said 16 year olds and undocumented immigrants should be eligible to vote? 4. Who here has said they want the country to be flooded with illegal immigrants? But you are right about the Green New Deal: there has been discussions about its merits from both sides of the argument. And most posters here recognize the fact that the climate is changing and we need to see what can be done to curb the impending damage. EDIT: One last question to the bolded. If we pretend for a moment everyone here actually believes what you think they do, how would taking on those agendas to EXPAND the voter base and win elections show that we are in the minority?
  18. The fact that Hoiberg is staying quiet and hasn't denied any of this makes me happy!
  19. So because most everyone agrees that a person is "shouting nonsense", that makes this an echo chamber? Or does it make it a place for reasonable discussions based on real information?
  20. Meanwhile, Paul Ryan joins the board at Fox. Wonder why? https://www.cnbc.com/2019/03/19/former-house-speaker-paul-ryan-joins-board-of-fox-news-parent-company.html
