Finally someone answers my question haha. I would want more emphasis in Florida, just because of their speed, Bo can teach everything else. But Texas sure has been pretty good 4 us (recruiting wise...)

God I hope not, sorry I write most my posts from phone so I get lazy sometimes and use abbreviations. Also its hard to indent on this phone. By the way I understand that we will recruit nationally, and maybe I was a little too verbose with this post but the main reason was to ask the simple question "which state is better to have a pipeline with?" In other words, we still get prospects from both states, but which one deserves more emphasis? If we had the ability to get the major prospects consistently from either state, which athletes would u favor more - Texans or Floridians?

OK so read new rivals article and of course it talked about the b10s lack of recruiting in Texas, but it also mentioned that Florida was a major pipeline 4 the conference. They talked about how the years go by Nebraska might have more difficulty recruiting in Texas but still will a stronger foundation then most b10 schools. This article did get me thinking though on our more heavy push Florida talent, and although this is mostly to our sudden resurgence as a national competitor, maybe the fact that we r joining the big 10 we could get stronger footing in Florida (which IV always dreamed of). Anyways I got to thinking which state would we rather have stronger ties to: the super speed and raw athleticism of Florida or the the ultimate football spartanized players molded by the football obsessed Texas? We still would carry recruiting ties with which ever other state, but I wad just wondering which place would b better to put stronger emphasis into? If we get to the level of being contenders of which ever states elite prospects, which one would b better for us to pursue more?

Texas and Missouri. I hate those damn tigers and we can't let em get that bell & keep it 4 God knows how long

Ehhhh he's making some lose ties here, I don't think were the sexy pick at all, I'd actually say that'd b Oklahoma this year. Infact there r many writers who have proclaimed our short coming this season such as this writer. Ole Miss and Georgia were the sexy picks due to their high powered offenses: sneed & mccluster for miss and Stafford, Moreno, & Green. We have been reamed 4 our offense and our inability to find a qb all offseason. When on earth is is a big stalwart d sexy?? Also both old miss and Georgia played sec schedules, making it harder to live up to the hype. Meanwhile this has been arguably our most favorable schedule this decade. Washington with their high powered offense is a more sexy pick, especially when so many"analysts"pick us to lose that game. When is a defense sexy?? Last time I checked Iowa is near our ranking with a top major d and a better offense and they aren't a sexy pick. Offenses make a team sexy and defenses make teams resemble more of a brawny force that is respected, instead of lauded over.

My friends we must remember an old Zen buhdist proverb "you cannot fill a cup that is already full" in other words someone who already has presuming judgments cannot get a true analysis of a certain situation, place, person and so on... r Texas friends will never get a true grip of the situation because of their inability to look at the situation as a whole wihout holding their presuming judgments on how Texas was in the right and without fault in the matter. Ehhhh people use this type of a game 4 a vacation as well as a game, so y go to a place where u can go during the regular season. I like the idea of 2 alternating neutral stadiums. I'd love Indianapolis and Chicago to alternate, or even better yet have it in lambeau! We gotta also put into the equation, which area would market the conference better.
