well back Iowa State for my second semester, pretty bittersweet.

Honestly, I haven't been too into music since Smash Mouth left the game.

While skyping my parents, they asked me if I had heard about the latest school shooting (They're older and don't always realize internet, instant news around the world, etc). I said "yeah, of course." My mom then asked me if they had those sorts of tragedies here in New Zealand. My wife and I said "No. But guns aren't legal here." After hanging up, we couldn't even think of a time here where there was a gun-related shooting.

On the slate today: 6 flippin' meetings. On the slate for the tomorrow: 6 flippin' meetings. And they wonder why we don't get stuff done...
