  1. 1) All over downtown Lincoln. 2) Beer, more beer. 3) If you're at the Journal Star lot get in line for the porta potties before you have to pee.

  3. I heard all of that too on my way from class to work. It was a pretty good spot. Started off by Rome just mentioning that Bo is going to be on JRIB this afternoon and he just went off. He's loving the , loving T-Mart, and we all know he loves Bo. Think I might have to go down to the conference room around 3:30 and take my break and watch Bo's spot on JRIB.
  4. I've never parked in the garage personally but I'm sure the university sells the spots in there. Otherwise I was able to get street parking downtown for the last two home games. The parking garages downtown have been selling parking permits that allow for all day parking on the street without having to feed the meter. The parking garages downtown will run you around $13 and the street parking permits are $9. If you do the street parking pass make sure you find a spot before you buy a pass. They only sell 400 of those per game day. If you want the street pass you just walk up to a parking garage and the people taking money for parking in the garage will sell you one.
  5. I wanted to vote for all of them but the name out of the hat was Hagg so he got my vote.
  6. I got Idaho tickets right before the game for less than face. Got in for the band, tunnel walk and kick off. Got them almost right after I left a tailgate right across the street from the stadium.
  7. I once added my friend to a list of serial killers on Wikipedia. Take info from that website with a grain of salt.
  8. The last big milestone game was a shutout, let's hope this one is too!
  9. What really gets me is that these companies are made to look like saints when they do things like this. Yeah, they're donating money to a good cause but they're really just trying to make an extra buck. Exploitative indeed, knapplc. I'm right there with you.
  10. I agree there. They should donate all of the profits to charities that help service members. They won't, but they should. At tomorrow's football game, college football coaches and sideline personnel at Nebraska will honor the men and women that help keep America safe by wearing the Stars and Stripes Collection by adidas. On-field staff will wear the red, white and blue themed apparel and headwear to celebrate, honor and thank those who h...ave served the country. Fans can purchase these special items at HUSKERS.COM and a precentage of all proceed will go towards providing financial assistant to our men and women in uniform. You know we saw that line, right? We're not discussing if they're donating something to charity, but how much. I did say ALL profits, not just a portion.
  11. I agree there. They should donate all of the profits to charities that help service members. They won't, but they should.
  12. I voted Crick, but really I'd say the whole D-line. Enderle was sacked 4 times last week by North Dakota. I think the D-line has a monster game and wouldn't surprise me to see Hagg with a sack.
  13. Check out page 10. http://www.huskers.com//pdf8/706393.pdf?SPSID=398&SPID=22&DB_OEM_ID=100 Hope that helps.
  14. I'm going to marry her. I think that picture was taken in Huntington Beach. The restaurant is nice with two stories looking over the ocean. http://www.rubys.com/2-locations/locations.aspx You're absolutely right that was in HB. I lived there for a few years.
  15. This is a brilliant idea. Too bad I'm at the opposite side of the stadium from the students. The updated "Fan Day" Camstache (still not bad, but lost a little bit of its epicness) And a gold chain? Awesome.
  16. Heard on the radio yesterday that those boys aren't practicing right now. They're filling sandbags to help keep Ames dry. I can respect that. This might be a worthless thread. Mods, feel free to delete if need be.
  17. Wasn't BYU doing the pickle juice thing back in the early 2000's? I remember out head FB coach in high school had us try it out for a game. I don't think we did it right.
  18. I don't believe they use ac in there. I was listening to the radio and someone mentioned that they don't use the ac because the cost would be outrageous. Heat builds character. If I could go on foot patrols in 140+ temps wearing more gear than these guys they should be fine.
