  1. Excatly. Guys like Suh make people expect that out of everyone. both Jared and Baker are having good seasons. JC is putting up elite level stats for a DT. BS is only a sophmore. Things will be fine and they are both great players. People need to stop thinking Every DT needs to be a monster like Suh just to not be a dissappointment.
  2. If he does go, let's go get NIU's OC. their offense is fun to watch.
  3. The team needs to make a video of all the HORRIBLE officiating calls and send it straight to the NCAA and request an investigation. I was not on the conspiracy theory side until now. Hell Mizzou did it too us for a fairly clean hit. At this point i have no problem ratting out dad too mom.
  4. OH my, people are agreeing with me. There has got to be a better O.C. out there.
  5. I'm sorry which coach is responsible for making sure the offense is mentally prepared and ready to play each game? I do agree to a point however. I think Taylor having a rough day with a few turnovers will pay dividends in the long run. I would love to see him and Jamal Turner duking it out next year though.
  6. My girlfriend says we should start calling Niles Paul Niles Crain. Hayuk Hayuk Hayuk Lovin the prince jokes
  7. I think Michigan is going to do the same thing they did last year. Start strong then take a huge dump midway through the season. I think shoelaces has some skills though. If T-mobile were putting up 500 yards a game I'd say for get shoelaces. I'm really most interested to see them both in two years OR next year even. Should be fun.
  8. If Boise is so good why do we need to pay them to play us? Any were any time? what a joke! They should pay us to play them and bolster their SOS. Top ten teams don't get PAID to play anyone.
  9. I thought it would be obvious, SW isn't as good as many thought he was. "Vanilla is bad" how would you describe only being able to make plays out of the zone read? or not being able to throw. IMHO we need a new OC but i have thought that since he was hired. big 12 champ game 07 i believe? establish a run then throw it for the entire second half. Still say we could get a better OC but what do i really know in the long run. GBR. I don't think you can blame play-calling or game-planning or scheme for what happened today. I thought it was pretty clear that when the offense did their job, when they executed, they were virtually unstoppable. What killed our offense today was turnovers and penalties. I do think they need to teach better, but I think it's a matter of teaching fundamentals, discipline and technique - not teaching the system. Also, Bo was definitely fuming. He was ready to go back and start practice today. It was great to see. I was a little worried about next week after watching the game today... but not after watching Bo's press conference. He wants to make a statement this Saturday. Agreed. Though i am a bit nervous admitedly(sp) I'm pretty sure we are going to hammer Wash to prove a point. But as long as we win i won't complain a bit. having a qb's coach on hand in general would be a good thing too.

  11. I don't think there is an evaluation problem but i do think our current offense is prone to lapses Paul most of all. and you also hit the nail on the head. Fine-tuning our offense seems to be a big issue. its possible that Billy C was a big part of the success of our offense the few previous years and not SW. Bill Callahan's offense was just as prone to ineptitude as anything else. I think SW knows what he wants to do but has trouble with his players executing it. Whether that's because he's teaching it wrong or they just need time to get it, I don't know. I live in Mississippi and had to watch MSU try to run the WCO and it was pretty painful. It requires so much experience to run i don't see why a college would want it as a scheme. I like the idea of what we are doing now using a lot of spread plays I just think an O.C. who knows the spread better is the best bet. yet again what do i know in the long run I'm not on the sidelines and i trust Bo's opinion.
  12. ill take a win even if we get it by bouncing passes off of a cheerleaders face. 2 and 0 is a good place to be.

  15. Boise should play a VT or so mid-season after the rust is off. I don't think it'd be quite the same outcome either. seriously look at OU KU and OLE PISS first game of the year. very rarely your best football.
  16. I give EZ mad props no matter were he gets info from.
  17. Oh Mississippi State... I'm a Nebraska Alum who now lives in MS, MSU is the local school i cheer for. All i can say is that if they did go to the pony and enjoyed themselves I feel for their lack of standards. Poor State can't win for losing. If we don't have Jacki Sherral breaking all the rules we have dumb students getting the university in trouble...for shame
  18. No more conference officials in title games...It's that simple. It eliminates the bias. Having Texas in the title game serves to expand the conference's prestige. The entire game Wreaked of foul play...for shame big 12 for shame.
  19. Zac Taylor year one vs year 2? giant leap. I expect the same from Zack Lee. Experience pays off in this offense. When Lee is gone Green will have had 2 years in this offense and be ready too take over. let these guys get some time You can't expect every guy to come in and be great no matter who they are. Green will be good in the long run. Lee will be MUCH better next year. If not i'll get a tattoo on my ass that says " I was wrong"
  20. I was there....yes it was...what's louder? all the cry baby alabama fans
  21. I've met Todd Ressing...he's an alchaholic douche if it was said it was a total jab.
  22. To make it even better, check out DeAndre's grin right before the collision: I lol'ed so hard
  23. expand pac 10 big ten big east to twelve team leagues and adopt a championship game for each confrence BCS issue solved
