Ok. Just called to order the game. They told me that you can only order the game thru the remote if you have a phone line hooked up, or by calling and paying the $5 connection fee. I complained about being able to order on the website the last two PPV games and was waived the fee. In addition, I somehow am now recieving 7 more HD channels for free for 3 months. I have no idea what channels these were, but it works for me.

787-1 shows up on the guide on the tv. I also noticed it is not appearing on the website. I'm about to call to order it and will make them waive the $5 fee for calling since it won't come up on the website......as for what adc7263 said, I hear ya. I've had a whole mess of problems with PPV this season too.

Sometimes it says that for video coverage. You can pay 100 bucks a year or so for a membership to get exclusive videos, etc. I think it usually goes up to the tunnel walk and then cuts off.

Agreed! Does anybody here agree that the "Ask Dr. Lou" segment is the dumbest idea ever? Don't forget the final verdict segment on the CFB final. 2 DBags together arguing over something stupid and watching may make disgusting faces at lou.....irritates me to no end. Quit watching those 2 about 3 years ago.

for all the channels they have, how could anyone miss a game that espn is covering? good question. it's called small telephone company isn't signed up with ESPN3 and I don't have gameplan (and Bama/Duke being our primary ABC game). I probably will end up buying gameplan for a day. sorry, i was not calling you out, i just meant, they poorly handle their programming, that is all. I didn't think you were. I was just agreeing with your statement about crappy programming. Can't wait til next season when nobody has to worry about it anymore.

Hey SC Husker fans, I found some watch sites on huskerspot.com and schusker.com. I wanted to see if anyone has gone to any of the sites in Myrtle, Cola, HH, or North Chuck. There isn't a contact listed for N. Charleston and this would be where I would go since we won't get the game without gameplan this week. Let me know if you have gone and if there will be an opportunity to go this weekend.

I had the same problem....ordered HD online and got SD to show up. The same thing happened to me last week and I was on hold for 10 minutes and missed most of the 1st quarter. It happened again today and I called right away. The first lady I talked to told me that it wasn't offered in HD, she then proceeded to offer me ESPN Gameplan to avoid this problem. I then proceeded to tell her that it was a worthless offer for obvious reasons and then hung up. I called back again and talked to another person who got the game on for me and then the damn blue box that tells you that you must order this channel was on. I was then told to reset the reciever and missed our first quarter field goal. She said that the box will go away for sure.....BS. I told this lady that I wanted to receive compensation since this was the 2nd time this occured. She told me she would look into it and then transferred me to tech support. I was pissed. However, the very pleasant lady at tech suppport explained that they were having a problem all over the US and my area would be put on the list and they were working on it. I asked to be transferred back to customer service and the tech lady asked why. I told her what was going on and how the previous person (whose name I mentioned) promised to look into compensation and then stiffed me. After I was transferred, I laid it on thick to the guy and explained that I have paid $80 for 6 quarters of football the last 2 weeks when I should've received 8 quarters. At first, he acted like he couldn't help me and I said if you couldn't help me then send me to someone who can. He then knocked $10 off my bill for the next 6 months. I said that works for me. 2 PPV games for a total of $20. The HD was fixed at halftime. END RANT.
