  I think you're wrong Nick...we're a 'pat you on the back' society. He could've butchered 40 people and he would've got 10 lawyers to drag the case through the legal system for as long as he lived.

  In Torres mind, they are in his home, he believes he and his family could be killed in a four against one home invasion. Put yourself in his shoes. He did what he had to do. I don't blame him at all. The fact that some would sympathize with criminals rather than sympathize with a man defending his home and family...well it's disgusting.
