    The great thing about experience in any aspect of life, coaching included, is that a lot of these guys have seen it all. They've experienced just about every scenario a coach could probably see. It helps the adjustment process. They know all the options, they know what changes to make, the plan is never unclear.

      And they understand the concept of making in game adjustments. They won't tell the players if they just perform it will work.
