Eichorst didn't lend a message of support for Bo Pelini during the season because he didn't support Bo Pelini. I don't think they got along very well...... Crazy how when you treat people with respect and courtesy, your boss is willing to break his own rules to show support of you. I guess having a bit of class can be an advantage sometimes. Whodathunkit?

Come on True nothing. It's pretty black and white. You're more likely to defend a guy that not only did you hire, but you personally respect. I'm not saying anything outlandish here Redux. Eichirst didn't issue a statement of support for Bo because he was better off saying nothing about a guy he had no respect for. He's not the only one unwilling to defend that guys behavior.

Haha. No really come on, it's a two way street. No one goes about trying to piss their boss off from the start. A lack of support and constant pressure from the outside greatly amplified Bo's already defensive personality, as it would anyone's in that position. Isn't all Eichorst's fault. But he sure as heck contributed to it.
