According to the US Census Bureau, Nebraska has grown - are you ready for this? - by 80,000 from 2001-2009. Whoop! Here's a discussion about this from another forum. i still think that the reason missouri is geting picked is for a combo of football and basketball...mizzou has a good history as of recently with men's basketball success...missouri football alone i don't think is the reason they are going to the big 10...if this happens

i went to all the home games and bell got on the field a lot...they just never, i mean never, threw him the ball...he looked to be open more than a few times too if we are calling mcneil a wide reciever he is definetly the best reciever on our team...the same problem with him is we don't utilize his ability to create horrible mismatches...thought he was going to be an all-american last year after his amazing sophomore year i wanted to see chris brooks on the field...every play...dude was a beast as a go-to third down reciever

the problem with the bcs is that there should be one undefeated team from every conference every year...with the exception of round-abouts and parity and what not...how do you pick just two

as of two years ago isu started phasing him out...it was the same time they got their new uniforms(well old ones)...god they are so ugly

kinnie isn't as fast, but he has a big body to go up and just get the ball...if he becomes more physical he can do big things...imo gilleylen isn't even our third or fourth best reciever...he has too many hang-ups...i would like to see them throw the ball more to bell

its also how much you want to get out of football...if your program isn't willing to get dirty and find the best people(head coachs, assisstants, front office people, etc.)your not going to be relavent in college football...

About the recruiting...didn't we got some awesome players from nebraska...ahman green, courtney grixby, niles paul We have always gotten talent from across the country...we tommy frazier from florida, we have numerous kids on scholarship right now from california, and, yes, texas the money we roll in on research and the athletic department and isn't the weather in the big 11 country pretty much the same as us in nebraska???

another call is pretty much every pass interference called against us in the big 12 title game...horrible

i don't remember the game...but i remember there was a football game where the team who had the ball was down by 2 and they called a run playt late in the game and the halfback sprung loose down the side line and ran all the way to the endzone nobody really near him and was called out...replay showed that the guy wasn't even a yard within out of bounds(this was before instant replay)

i feel like cricks production will fall when he starts getting double teamed...most of his success last year came in one on one situations
