      Easier said than done but I agree. This team is lacking the level of commitment it takes to be great and you can see it. There are guys that have it, but unfortunately the lack of leadership, especially vocal leadership, is not spreading that attitude. We have heard of the "lead by example" guys, but not everyone picks up on that example. We got to teach, and preach how much work it really takes. I think Michael Roae is this kind of guy.

      Tommy needs to become the guy on offense. I know he needs to work on his mechanics but he has the makeup to be special.
