I think it's a pretty good match up for us. They have a great defense and a questionable offense. We've played a lot of teams like that in michigan state/wiscy.

My money would be on arkansas. I think our defensive faults this season come more down to playing a high powered offense and not just a mobile qb. our most impressive defensive wins were against teams with decent/consistent offenses iowa/msu but nothing close to teams like wiscy arkansas and I guess michigan b/c played lights out. It seems like they tend to go into meltdown mode when they get put on their heels. But who knows a month is alot of time to prepare.

I think we would have won that game if persa stays in. Either way our defense was soft today.

Go watch it again. Martin celebrated for maybe 1/2 a second before realizing the guy was out cold, and he immediately calmed down and backed away like he was scared of the guy. Martin had just got his bell rung as well. You have to forgive him making an instant's celebration after a huge hit. This is football. You should not be disturbed by that play. "This is football" retort is getting old. Also eric martin has no soul.
