l do you think Bo has jeopardized the sell out streak? The sellout streak is one of the last few things we Husker fans have left. If the fan base throws a temper tantrum over Bo Pelini and ends that streak they'll regret it. Five, ten years from now when Bo's gone and we cherish the last few traditions and streaks we have left nobody is going to be happy that we threw it away over this. you mean like the blackshirt tradition? Anyone have kids that watch other kids video clips on youtube? My son is doing it all the time. It just seems wierd as hell to me. I'm getting old...maybe this is normal.

I'm going to prefice my statement with I'm don't think Bo is headcoach material. I think he has put everything that he has into it and it just isn't working out. It's just not the right fit. I think this recording is complete chicken$hIt. Hang on to a recording for two years and then wait for the time that it fits your agenda....that's weak. The dude is not a robot and he made a mistake. Most of us have had the exact same situations at work, family gathering or sporting event. He let his guard down and he got caught. The timing of this release of this tape also takes the quote out of context in my opinion. Most won't care it was two years ago or the circumstances around it. They will think he just told Sharpe that Saturday night. I would prefer that Bo exits because he can't get the job done rather than because some rat that recorded him without his knowledge. This whole thing stinks.

I dont believe Kellog or Armstrong would be a worse outcome. Taylor is in there for big plays. He has to make them. He has dynamic ability but has become a predictable player. I think a lot of this heat going toward Beck is unneccesary. QB isnt making plays. Cost Watson a job. He seems to be ok right now.

Watching Nebraska play South Dakota State next week would be like washing and waxing your car after it was totalled...by a train. 2. Didn't we used to have a sports psychologist on staff? Even some of the wins feel like loses. South Dakota State 2012 and Wyoming 2013 come to mind.

Offense We have the most explosive set of skilled positions in the country. Taylor Martinez has 'dynamic' abilities, but he is no longer a dynamic player. Plays are there he has to take them. Defense No QB pressure. Poor Tackling. How is it that when one guys misses a tackle that there is no one around to make a play? We have the players to be a good defense. Special Teams Fake punt was the right call, but with a lineman? This is a scheme issue. What other fakes could you even run out of this punt formation? Is the third string guard going to throw an out? C'mon guys, this is big time football here. General There seems to be no gameplan around field position. Even if defense isn't giving up a ton a points, the huge plays kill field position. This defense does not set up the offense. You can't play swiss cheese defense and expect the offense to go 80+ every time. It's the same with the opposing offense. You're alot more comfortable when you're starting at the 50 most of the time....you can afford to make a mistake. Would any big time schools look to take any of our assistant coaches? Agree. This guy comes in and starts a walk-on true Freshman. He's probably be starting a different true freshman next week after the TCU finish. I've watched him coach two games and he has skills. His bonehead running back drops the ball on the carpet after a break away touchdown. Clifford pats him on the head and gives him the rock on the next play for a TD. It's unbelievable how composed he is......He's 34! You have to watch a TT game if you get the chance. I think Frost would operate like this guy.

As far as the missed tackles.... . Yeah Bo, there were some horrific missed tackles in the third quater. Why when they miss is no one else in the same zipe code?

If you have to wear a boot then step up and tell the coach you aint 100%. i dont buy it. Its like dropping a pass and getting up holding your arm.

Watching Kingsbury walk the sideslines for TExas Tech mskes me believe Frost as HC isnt completely in left field.

Of course not, that's rediculous. Does Bo's scheme work? No it doesn't, and it's not going to. We had a mamoth at DT and 5 other future NFLers on the team the only time this scheme worked. His plan doesn't work. Sending a team out with a plan that is not executable makes you the failure. Pelini's defense is Operation Market Garden.

When is Bo going to stop holding this over the players head? I am beginning to think it is an insult to them. They execute his plan. Is it there fault it doesn't work? Someone needs to hold it over his head.

I just have the feeling that we could pluck the OC from Millard West and he could come up with a plan for defeating Bo's defensive gameplan. The Millard West OC would have to put in his 40 hours as an Algebra teacher that week too though.

So you're saying we may have just beat the champs of the Idaho Potato Bowl.....Nice Best team in MWC is better than Boise State, who is a pretty good team. We had this game in hand, and then Wyoming had 2 very quick drives that resulted in 2 tds. The 4th Quarter of the game needs to be better, but I'm not proclaiming the season being over after the first game because we allowed a lot of yards on defense. Do I recognize we need a whole sh#t ton of improvement? Absolutely, but it was the first game played by a lot of people on defense. They can get better and I believe they will get better. Boise is getting roached by Washington right now............
