They only gained 1100 votes on us, and the vote total doubled from May 3rd to May 4th (when the poll started on May 1st) so there are definitely more people aware of it. I'd say there's still a chance. If they gain 2200 votes on us tomorrow then I'll start assuming they win.

I wonder stuff like that in those types of games too, or even in super close games. For instance, I've never bragged about beating Missouri in '96 because it was such a good game and I felt kind of bad for them (even though more recently that team and its fans have annoyed me). So if I were a Texas A&M fan I'd like to think I wouldn't brag about beating Nebraska 9-6. I also haven't bragged about beating Ohio State. I'm proud that Nebraska came back and, whatever the circumstances, it was valiant, but we know what those circumstances were. I think the game probably would have gone into OT if Miller hadn't been injured but who knows what would have happened then? So in short, if I was an Aggie, I wouldn't view it as fairly-officiated and I wouldn't ignore the fact that Nebraska's QB was injured.

Why? Because he plays as badly as Martinez but looks cooler while doing it. (That's just my guess)

I don't know much about Ferentz, and this is just one minor thing, but I never got around to writing about it when I meant to so I will now. I watched three Iowa games last year. In each one, Iowa had a fourth down and less than two yards to go, and they rushed up to the line and snapped it instantly to try to catch the other team off guard. They tried this four times in the three games I watched (ours was one of them). Every single time they tried it, they were penalized for not getting set first and the drive was killed. So I would put him at 12th place for 4th down and short situations

I agree. The more the team is bashed by these programs, the better.
