Because this has NOTHING to do with the University today. This has to do with a FORMER player getting busted. Another one of the many high quality character guys from the 90's. If you have 41 lbs of weed why wouldn't you make sure you followed all the traffic laws and set the cruise on the speed limit? Logic is often amiss when you are sampling too much of said product. Swiney and another guy were stopped in a rental vehicle near Grand Island on Feb. 22.
