Apathy
Seriously Gregg Everytime they put Gregg in as the closer I basically give up hope and prepare myself for the lose that's going to happen. I HATE GREGG and I think that he's a worthless pitcher Quote Link to comment
walksalone
The fact that you're sticking with Gregg is disheartening, not that Marmol's much better.... Quote Link to comment

redout22
The fact that you're sticking with Gregg is disheartening, not that Marmol's much better.... Marmol is really nasty and when he is on he is one of the best relievers in the MLB. Quote Link to comment
walksalone
Is Marmol as streaky as Gregg? When Marmol's on, he's filthy... But, here's the thing, if you're in the post season, are you comfortable with either closing ball games? Quote Link to comment

BUt to be honest the person who should be out there is Dempster. He prefers starting though. Quote Link to comment

I'm kinda suprised the Cubs didn't test the waters at the trade deadline, to pick up somebody (Sherrill, maybe) reliable. Quote Link to comment
NUpolo8
Man. Hey wrigleyville drunk, I hate Victorino more than you do, but beer is for drinking, not throwing. But at least crowd behaivior hasn't cost the Cubs an important game or anything the last six years... Quote Link to comment
