KCforNU
I'll take that spread. Matches my expectations for the game. Quote Link to comment

Offspring2099
POINTSPREAD.COM +19.5 I'll stay away from that one. I agree, first game. We just don't know. I doubt that Keller chokes, but first game is first game. Nevada is not a div II cupcake. Quote Link to comment
ttheKid1*18
I think we cover. I know they aren't a pushover, but it's the first game, new players, a lot of excitement. I think we win big. Quote Link to comment
Overland Park Husker
If I was Callahan I wouldn't think about taking my foot off the gas. Just so I could shut everyone up. Quote Link to comment
Jose Cuervo
If I was Callahan I wouldn't think about taking my foot off the gas. Just so I could shut everyone up. Maybe some of 'em. But if they're stupid enough, they'll keep yapping. BMG demonstrates this daily. Quote Link to comment
HuskerJosh82
That seem's right for me. I think this NU team is under the radar, they might even surprise us Husker fans. Quote Link to comment
skersOVRsc
Sounds right to me. Dont be Texas Tech and run up the score tough. Get the W and rotate in your guys that need some time, cause you win with your bench and I am pretty comfortable with our starters, at least on O anyway. Quote Link to comment

However it seems nowadays that is the only way teams move up in the rankings. Besides we get no respect anyways. It would be nice to beat someone, especially a team that went to a bowl game last year, 70-14! Quote Link to comment

We will get our respect on sept 15th not sept 1st. Quote Link to comment
LAHusker
So that's 2 TD's, a field goal, and a safety. Close enough for me. Quote Link to comment
huskernumerouno
I have never been a fan of running up the score, but you cannot ask the players to pull back either. If we are ahead big in the 3rd qtr start rotating players and let them play. It is still their job to stop us or if it is the other way around it is our job to stop them. I see us haveing a good day but not a huge blowout as BC is not going to show to much before WF and USC Quote Link to comment

Call appropriate play (not deep flag routs), and get your second team some time late in the 3rd and mixed in the 4th. I do think youre right about the plays though, it will probably be pretty white bread like the spring game. Quote Link to comment
BGREDSTUCKN IA
No way I would touch this one. But wouldn't be surprised if we end up winning by more than that. Quote Link to comment
