The start of a new season brings defenders their chance at atonement. Offensive players carried momentum through the long offseason. NU coaches have a clean slate, and for many, a chance to make their mark in a new environment.

Great read, I think everything begins with the strenght and conditioning aspect and to hear that may be going in the right direction again is a relief!
