killer cacti
My lady friend & I went up to the mountains about an hour northwest of Clemson in NC last weekend. I found that there was a lot of nice waterfalls in DuPont State Forest (www.dupontstateforest.com). There were 3 within a mile of the road at one point, so we decided to take them in. Triple Falls High Falls (from the base) (from the lookout) Hooker Falls If you guys are in this part of the country, you should definitely take in these sites. If you want, let me know & I'd be glad to take you. Quote Link to comment

Drowning_in_the_Sea_of_Red
Those are sweet pictures. But this is the first thing that popped into my head when I saw this... m-n-jZJhpT4 Quote Link to comment
GSG
Those are great pictures. Unfortunately for me, the only water around here is North Platte River and Lake Miniature (Minatare). Congrats on making me jealous. Quote Link to comment

SOCALHUSKER
That's a lot of water flowing through there. What lake or river does it come from? Quote Link to comment
killer cacti
That's a lot of water flowing through there. What lake or river does it come from? Looking at the map, I'm thinking Lake Julia, but don't hold me to that. It also rained 2 nights before. Quote Link to comment
carlfense
Nice! Thanks for posting. Makes me want to return to Glacier NP or the Mt. Massive Wilderness. Are waterfalls common down your way? Quote Link to comment
killer cacti
Nice! Thanks for posting. Makes me want to return to Glacier NP or the Mt. Massive Wilderness. Are waterfalls common down your way? Up in that area, yes. It's pretty much the base of the Appalachians. That was a great place because there were so many good ones in a little area. killer cacti
Best part about it, at your own risk you could go to the base of High Falls, which I decided to do, the lady didn't. So here's cacti getting some waterfall action. Water was cold as hell. Quote Link to comment
Army Husker
Like the last pic...gives a better perspective of the size of the falls. Pretty nice! Quote Link to comment

This one popped into mine... Sou-Y7d710k Your singers are prettier than mine, though. I almost saw a waterfall last Saturday..but the creek at South Mountain Park was dry.
