Huskerballz
Slauson just went to the Jets as the 193rd pick. What's happened to Murtha? I thought he tore up the combine. Quote Link to comment
IBleedHuskerRed
Nice, and i was wondering the same thing.. Quote Link to comment
redout22
Good for him, Hopefully a couple more fall now Quote Link to comment
huskers1
There has only been one tackle taken in the 6th round. He has been the number one tackle left on the board for almost a round and a half and for some reason teams keep passing on him. I am surprised to see Potter not taken yet either. husker4
I wonder if this is because Callahan is the o-line coach for the jets? Quote Link to comment
huskerfaninbuckeyehell
I am a Jet fan and I am pumped! I hate the fact cally is in NY but always get stoked when we get a sker. GBR! Quote Link to comment
MCAT800
Kiper on ESPN said he has a good work ethic but not that good of a player Speaking on Murtha Quote Link to comment
huskertim
Again, what a bizzare draft day Quote Link to comment
papersun87
Aaaaand back to Callahan. Quote Link to comment
skersfan
Doesn't sound like a bad deal for Slauson to me. BC knows his ability and Slauson knows what to expect from his position coach. He may have one of the best deals out there. Obviously BC was involved in his selection. Nothing wrong with having a coach that likes you to work for. Quote Link to comment
Enhance
Kiper on ESPN said he has a good work ethic but not that good of a player Speaking on Murtha Slauson and Murtha were just steady guys. In the grand scheme of things, their technique and their ability to produce on field really was simply average to above average. Murtha's body is also seemingly a glass house. Quote Link to comment
