Starting O-line

Recommended Posts

LT: Mike Smith / Marcel Jones / Jeremiah Sirles

LG: Keith Williams / Derek Meyer

C: Jacob Hickman / Mike Caputo

RG: Ricky Henry / Andy Christensen / Derek Meyer

RT: Marcel Jones / DJ Jones

Looks pretty good. Marcel Jones is obviously the best out of the two at RT since he is also swinging to LT too.

I think Christensen can also swing to LG if needed.

Overall, the o-line looks pretty good on paper. Let's see if they can gel together quicker than they did last season.

I like the looks of this unit. If the 2nd stringers come along and gel as the season goes on, then the Huskers could almost run two separate O-lines down the stretch.

I like this group about as much as any OL since 2000 or so, with Fonoti, Raiola, Hochstein and Volk.
