mattbri17
Interesting to hear the reaction of each Mizzou player on their collapse in the 4th qtr - Trey Hobson - Sean Weatherspoon - Jaron Bastonhttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jYRnSfKeHz4 - Elvis Fisher - Derrick Washington - Carl Gettis - Blain Gabbert Quote Link to comment
HSKRNOKC
Did the better team win? Gabbert" I wouldnt say that". The scoreboard would though Blain.... Starting to really dislike this cat. Quote Link to comment
brasky
Did the better team win? Gabbert" I wouldnt say that". The scoreboard would though Blain.... Starting to really dislike this cat. Go look on their boards, they can't even bring themselves to contemplate that they weren't the better team. There are a few of their fans trying to explain to them that our D was amazing and kept us in the game long enough for the offense to figure something out, but most of them are coming up with sorry excuses. junior4949
That's exactly what happened. Our D was amazing and it did keep us in the game. Considering we handed them the ball on their side of the field due to special team dibacles, this game easily could have been over by halftime had it not been for our D. Quote Link to comment
NHuskers
I am glad we didn't get that fool Gabbert. He can't humble himself even a little to say Nebraska is a better team when our front four destroyed him all game. What a joke. Quote Link to comment
hastingshusker
I will give Gabbert credit for toughing it out on a bum ankle. You could definitely tell he wasn't 100% and not having as much zip on the ball from not being able to plant. Quote Link to comment
Vince from ShamWOW
I am glad we didn't get that fool Gabbert. He can't humble himself even a little to say Nebraska is a better team when our front four destroyed him all game. What a joke. Of course he won't. The fact he reneged on his word speaks volumes about who is an a person. Add to the fact the team he reneged on just beat his current team.....you think he will admit he made the wrong choice or give them the appropriate credit? In all honesty.....who cares what MU's players and fans think or say. NU won and that's that. Quote Link to comment
VT_4FUN
I've said this since the VT-Nebraska game... that Nebraska's defense is Top 10 material. You guys are going to win a lot of games. Quote Link to comment
TheKiD
Definitely impressed with weatherspoon in a big way both on the field and off this week. Quote Link to comment
BigRedfxtoy
Wow guys, I would be upset if our QB said the better team won if we woudl have lost a game like that. There's nothing wrong with what he said. We had 1 qurater of offense...... Quote Link to comment
Vince from ShamWOW
Definitely impressed with weatherspoon in a big way both on the field and off this week. Was it his cheap shot punch to the back that impressed you so? Quote Link to comment

There's nothing wrong with what he said. We had 1 qurater of offense...... Ya but we had 4 quarters from an amazing defense. Offenses win games.....Defenses win Championships Quote Link to comment
Spartness
He also didn't say Mizzu was better -- there were two teams battling, he said. I didn't take offense to it. I'm sure some of our players in the past have made similar statements. Quote Link to comment
