kozzman555
The Clemson Tigers just got their ass handed to them by unranked South Carolina. Spiller was held to 18yards on 9 carries. Not exactly a Heisman award winning performance. He did have a kick return for a TD, but in light of the fact that he's a running back, I am less than impressed. This would be akin to Suh being held to half a tackle for a game. http://espn.go.com/ncf/boxscore?gameId=293322579 Quote Link to comment
HuskerfaninOkieland
Ingram had a bad game against Auburn as well. Quote Link to comment
BeachBuffs
No reason to think that Ingram will have a great game against Florida either he may get some yards but it will be difficult to have a Heisman like game next week against that team speed. This may give your boy at least an invite but I am thinking it is comming down to McCoy/Tebow with the winner going to whoever plays the best next Saturday. Quote Link to comment
HuskerfaninOkieland
Ingram was hurt as well so he may not even be 100% Quote Link to comment
kshusker89
Ahhh the stars are aligning to make SUH the heisman.....haha well it was a wish, but i do feel if SUH steps up next week against the f**s in orange he should be able to atleast get a little credit....hope he can just destroy colts chances. Danny Bateman
I agree. When he grabs colt and breaks him in half, texas may have to bring in their backup QB... this may hinder some of Colt's stats. Quote Link to comment
Count 'Bility
Yep, so the stage is set for McCoy to sinch it up with a good performance against one of the nation's best defenses. Is everyone ready for Musberger's lobbying, i'm already sick thinking of it. Quote Link to comment
esadat152
We all know that Suh was taken off the leaderboard for the heisman poll a while back . Since he has been put back on he has slowly been gaining on Mark Ingram and is close to overcoming him. BIGREDFAN_in_OMAHA
Too bad for Spiller. He had his chance to come to Nebraska. Next Saturday Suh and Crick will be riding Colt so much it might be mistaken for a rodeo. Quote Link to comment
Nexus
At the very least I just want to see Suh invited to NY for the ceremony. The politics of the award alone prevents him from winning it. I never imagined him actually winning it, but just getting the invite would be considered a win in my book. Quote Link to comment
esadat152
It is always so weird thinking about who is a good player and who isn't. That Stanford player Toby Gerhart is a huge impact player like Suh is. But who is a bigger impact player? I maybe going against the husker inside me but I personally think that Gerhart is the bigger impact player. He is Stanford's offense. This in no way is belittling Suh because he is amazing as well. Who do you think is honestly makes the biggest impact? Quote Link to comment
