I think after this entire season - including eight fumbles and a 7-9 loss to ISU - that he was expecting this type of performance. Especially considering the defense they were up against. sd'sker Posted December 6, 2009 Share Posted December 6, 2009 i can't imagine what Wats feels like, and his offensive players. it is truly like two different teams out there. and in the locker room it has to feel like the 'd' won and the 'o' lost. i have a lot of respect for the 'd' and Suh and his ability to still take responsibility for the loss by saying, 'we didn't make enough plays,' even though he almost won us the game single handily. quite literally because he would drag down the o-lineman along with the guy with the ball with his other arm.
