Can anyone help me try to recover my avatar and/or sig from the old board? I didn't have backup files for either on my computer so if they are gone for good then it's my fault.

ok found the thread where blackshirt posted my sig.....done. Now I just need that avatar I slaved over so long ago.

well look what I found. I guess I am smarter than I previously thought.

I have my avatar, I just can't get it put back on here for some reason.

<- That is not my avatar! If I remove it and try to put my picture in, it just always comes back to this.

 

Edit-Nevermind, it just took awhile to change over.

I'm pretty sure he's talking about the thread where he requested his sig from someone. There isn't a repository thread for everyone's sig/av anywhere, although in hindsight that may have been a good idea...

That's how we always did it at a lot of old forums I posted on, seems like it could be a welcome change here.
