HuskerSpiritLeader Posted January 8, 2011 Share Posted January 8, 2011 The Husker Wrestling Spirit Leaders are a student organization dedicated to supporting and promoting the Nebraska Wrestling Team. We are recognized student organization the University of Nebraska in Lincoln. We act as support system to the wrestling team by going to all the home matches, following them to some away matches and many other things. We have 10 members this year that are looking to volunteer at the NCAA Division 1 Wrestling Championships in Philadelphia in March. Our only problem is that we are short funding for our airfare and hotel stays. Our group was selected by the Pepsi Refresh Project to have our idea voted on throughout the month of January. We must be in the top 10 by the end of the month in order to win $25,000 for our organization. This would help us get to Philadelphia! We need Husker fans to help us out and vote for our idea everyday in the month of January!
