The only state that isn't at least partially a winter wonderland today is Florida, according to the National Weather Service (NWS). My evil plan of inducing Global Warming worked today!!! It got up to the mid 70's today and it only cost me two cans of hairspray sprayed out in my backyard. Glad this long, greuling Winter is over.
