PaulCrewe
Taylor. The only guy who came to play today. Would say Lavonte, Tim Marlowe, Andrew Green, Zo, and Baker showed up today. Baker played great, unfortunately there are three other guys in that front four. Andrew locked down the corner spot opposite the Fonze IMO. Let JS-B be the nickel over Ciante. Quote Link to comment

Warrior10
I would say Taylor...some of those windows he put the ball in today were pretty tight. Great passing by him. As stated that was almost only thing that went right... Quote Link to comment

I give a lot of credit to Andrew Green. I was one of a lot of people who thought he was terrible when the season started, but he's really starting to play well now. I didn't hear his name called today, but when you're a cornerback, that's usually a good thing, because it means you're covering well enough that they're not throwing at the receiver or in the zone you're assigned to. There were guys who played well defensively (Baker is another one who stood out today in my mind), but unfortunately they were overshadowed by the fact that defensively, as a unit, it never came together. champaignhusker
It's a loss.....no one deserves a game ball except Northwestern Quote Link to comment
3rd and long
Tmart played great but our wrs dropped several passes & fumbled. No doubt the haters will put that on him though......ho hum. Not even from me bshirt. I think he played great. He's showing another dimension with some pocket presence, moving around a little bit, buying some time while looking downfield. I though maybe he missed a couple of reads, but then I still don't think he's real comfortable running the option (which we continue to try to force him into). I think a couple of the drops were off less than ideal throws, but still the catch needs to be made. I've changed my mind. I think he is playing to a championship level right now. I'll fess up when I'm wrong! Quote Link to comment

I was ready to bet the ranch on it. Wrong. It just melts my mind our Oline can punch around the Buckeye & Spartan's defense but gets totally owned by...... NW. Lol....shows what I know! We'll just hang in there together compadre'. GBR!! Quote Link to comment
