ladyhawke
Hey All, Just checked the standings on espnu. Nebraska fell to #19 in the AP poll but only 13th on the ESPNU Fans Vote. I don't know about the coaches poll yet. I guess that's not too bad. Quote Link to comment

No, those are the current AP Rankings. Your OP was correct. BCS rankings should be interesting. It's looking like a Bama-LSU rematch still isn't out of the question as far as these polls are concerned. Quote Link to comment
AFhusker
My bad, I check the AP site itself and it's not updated yet. Quote Link to comment
Hooked on Huskers
I'm curious BCS Countdown show. My wild guess, Huskers will be #19 or #20. Quote Link to comment
ladyhawke
Yeah, I'm thinking that they'll be about 19th or 20th too. That's ok. I truly believe that we will win our next three games. I just do. Quote Link to comment
Norhusker
A loss in any of our last 3 games will likely drop us out of the polls. We are not a top 25 team anyway. Maybe top 30. Quote Link to comment
True2tRA
Why did we drop so far? They act like a team with a losing record came into Lincoln and beat our asses.......oh wait..........nevermind. Quote Link to comment

You all can't afford to lose another game if you want the CCG, might be able to survive after this week but not with another loss. Quote Link to comment

I think Husker fans would be better off if they forget about playing in the Conference Championship this year. Really people, you watched the game yesterday right? Maybe it's time to temper the expectations of this team a bit. These kids have a long ways to go before they call themselves "Blackshirts" in my opinion. Penn State and Michigan in thier houses is a pretty tall order. I don't know if any of you saw the Hawkeyes game either, but they don't exactly look like a cake walk. And guess what they like to do.......they run the ball between the tackles right into the softest part of this team....our defensive line. When I say soft, I mean soft. They have a guy named Coker that hits the hole and goes, no fancy bullsh#t. If our LB'ers and safeties are out of positon he will burn us. Quote Link to comment
HuskerCarter
Sounds about right where we should be after our performance. Quote Link to comment
