ladyhawke
But I found out that the PSU folks are asking for funds if you want to support the victims of this tragedy. (I posted it under another thread.) Think I'll send them a check...Join me? Which "PSU folks" need money for what and who or what will benefit? Any left over tithing money or windfalls I have usually go to the homeless shelter here in town. I know that money is put to good use. Great! Glad you are doing that. If you're really interested in learning where the funds the students are collecting go to visit- http://www.preventchildabusepa.org/ Just an aside: I work with children everyday Bowfin. If sending money to the folks at PSU will in any way effect a child's future, or help in their healing, then I'm there. This is a personal conviction of mine. My husband and I support one of the homeless shelters here in Omaha as well. I'm glad we're on the same team in wanting to help children any way we can. GO BIG RED! Quote Link to comment
ladyhawke
I read in the paper this morning that many Alumni Association members are handing out blue lapel pins to fans who want to wear them at State College today. That's nice. An unobtrusive way to support PSU. Enjoy the game everyone! Quote Link to comment
