Comish
Wisconsin is only an 8 point favorite tonight. Put it all on them. I've laid out a hopelessly optimistic rationale on how we might actually win tonight in another thread................. 40% shot...................... Quote Link to comment
Igetbored216
They were doing good because they play easy teams in the non-conference. Nebraska will be lucky to win five games this year in conference. Quote Link to comment
Igetbored216
I don't like calling for coaches' heads, but Doc needs to go. He has a pretty mature team with a very good point guard; if he can't get it done now, he won't ever get it done. Quote Link to comment
bball_backer
Tonight's the night. I'm absolutely giddy about this matchup...just thinking about it has made me have to change underwear three times already. Let me be the first to congratulate you on Wisconsin's first conference W of the season. Yes, let's go ahead and abandon all hope. Seems rational enough, early in the season and all. First of all, I never said I'm abandoning the season. I said Wisconsin will win. Secondly, Wisconsin did win... Quote Link to comment
mrandyk
I've said it before; the only shot this team has at the tourney is a few miracles in the conference tournament. Quote Link to comment
PaulCrewe
I've said it before; the only shot this team has at the tourney is a few miracles in the conference tournament. That is not an option. Their best shot is to put on wigs, shave the body hair, stuff some sports bras, and temperarily kidnap the women's team after Coach Yori's team gets in. Quote Link to comment
T_O_Bull
Well here we go again. Wisconsin comes to our house as an 8 point favorite and leave with a 24 point win, and the Huskers score 40, a lousy7 point per minute. The B1G is a real BB conference and has been for a lot of years. All I see here is an opportunity to be totally embarrased. We desperately need a change in coaching. Bruce Pearl is out there and so is Bob Knight. Either one would be a great hire. Pearl would have to be monitored butCoach Knight has always been squeeky clean. He probably wouldn't stay long but he could sure get us a good start. The only news I want to here from the BB program is, "..the Doctor is out." T_O_B G>B>R Quote Link to comment
