The Dude
Thinking about buying a Ruger LCR .357 Magnum. Wasn't initially fond of the double action only, but I'm sold after firing my dad's. That trigger is smoooooth. 1 Quote Link to comment

Hingle McCringleberry
Got a Sig 1911 Elite a few months ago, man what a sweet shooting pistol. I've put around a 1000 rounds through it, not a single hang, stove pipe, anything, 100% reliable. Grips are pretty sweet, but they can get a little uncomfortable after a long session at the range... 1 Quote Link to comment
carlfense
You should probably own a .45. Take your pick as to brands. Also, I would probably want a bigger .30 cal than a .30-30. Again, take your pick. .300 WSM was my pick but there are tons of options. Like someone said earlier the .33s are an option as well. If you want bang for your buck it's tough to go wrong with a .22 pistol. Rugers, used Colts, Brownings, etc. All are affordable and you can actually afford to burn through a couple hundred rounds in one session. 1 Quote Link to comment
