Week 9 ESPN Bowl Projections.

Although I would like to see us play an old foe from the big 12 in a decent bowl, I don't think it'll happen for at least a year. "The first matchup between nebraska and (insert prime time big 12 team) since nu left!" will garner big ratings (read: money) if we and they are top ten(ish).

If we make the rose bowl, it will be a packed house and bigger paycheck if we end up playing a team from out west.

If Oregon makes it to the National Championship, its likely we could face Oklahoma, or whoever they decide to put in place of Oregon, most likely an SEC team, like LSU. Thats IF we make it, which is in our favor.

Sugar Bowl gets to pick their SEC team before Rose Bowl would even have a chance, not that they would anyways.

I would love a shot at Kansas St. I think we could take'em. Our offense could score enough points, and I truly believe their off. is a little overrated since they play in a conference that does not believe in defense. The only game they played against a legitimate defense was Oklahoma and they were kept in check. Collin Klein is a great quarterback, but athletically he isnt overwhelming.

I think it would just be neat to kick them in the nuts one last time now that they all think they are "back", as if they were ever "here" to begin with.

I would love to see that!
