Enhance Posted January 25, 2013 Share Posted January 25, 2013 I'm curious as to how this upcoming NCAA investigation of itself will change the Penn State case, if at all. There's no way the information used to levy sanctions against Penn State won't come under review, specifically to see if the NCAA violated it's legal abilities to obtain the information, as they appeared to have done against Miami. I can hardly imagine the recourse if they have to go so far as retract the sanctions, especially since Penn State has already gone through one year of them.
