nuhuskeralum
Yes, we lost one OL pledge to Michigan, Dan Samuelson. Quote Link to comment
Mavric
That or Gabriel Miller could be considered an OLineman but is really on board to be a long snapper. Quote Link to comment
nuhuskeralum
I hadn't thought of that with Miller, I guess technically he is a lineman, even if just for a limited role. Quote Link to comment
flatwaterfan
I am glad we signed 5 guys and hope we sign 4 next year. It's very important to get Lineman (both ol and dl) in the program early and develop them. Get them stronger & bigger & quicker. Let them mature. Especially o-line as it takes a bit to learn those spots and it's harder to project them. I think it's much easier to find skill players for making an immediate impact at their respective positions because for the most part speed&quickness is easy to spot and it's easier to evaluate and bring those guys in. I think as far as developing good players. I think you can develop lineman, TE, FB's and LB's the easiest. Probably because it takes longer to mature the bigger guys. I think it's harder to develop the skill positions. Quote Link to comment
Chaddyboxer
NEB's 2013 o-line class is pretty damn good IMO. I just wish NEB landed a few JUCO DT targets....not biggie though. I believe this is Bo's best class thus far. Quote Link to comment
