Bo's demeanor

Agreed. I don't think he saw this coming. And I don't think he has any clue what the problems are or how to fix them. So he's in a tough spot on a very large stage.

I think Pelini knows the issues. He mentioned his three game disappointment in the offense in his post game presser. The way to fix them is going to be through experience of our youth, continued personnel decisions at each position and strong recruiting.

Being disappointed isn't the same as knowing what the problems are and how to fix them. And we have an offense loaded with veterans and experience. So I don't see youth or inexperience as issues with the offense.

The problem on offense is we are not good enough at positions other than WR and RB. Our offensive coordinator has also said after two of our three games this season he has made mistakes. I don't think anyone....include Pelini....disagrees with that. On offense, youth and inexperience are probably most glaring at the quarterback position, but I'd be surprised if we don't stick with Martinez. I've been critical of Martinez' turnovers and I'm now critical of his leadership. I'll take talent over veterans and experience. We have to continue recruiting better for the OL.

This offense is nauseatingly. Shifting. Martinez clapping. Too many moving parts. Just line up and play. Where is our fullback? Lets get back to fundamentals. Smashmouth. Not all this shift left shift right. Run pass. Dink and dunk. Just play.

It reminds me of Sean foley working with tiger. Trying to get in the perfect position. Just play PLAY!!

Did you happen to be the guy in the section next to me repeatedly yelling "Where is the fullback?" When we were already down by 17 late
