Would not have guessed Wisconsin to be #2. Have they been up there for awhile?

 

Me neither, they've never been that high and I don't think it's accurate. This is entirely dependant on how each school wants to report their numbers and it looks like they've changed something up. The only big influx of cash I can think of would be Arky's buyout of BB.
