McMullen and Gerry - Players who've impressed so far

Gerry exposes how bad our linebackers are nearly every play. I wish I could find the play, but there was a draw or a read that was going right into Bandos gap, with him waiting. Gerry literally came from 12 yards deep and filled the hole while Bando looked stunned, still waiting for the ball carrier to get to him. That's ridiculous, play downhill for crying out loud.

Scary.

Sounds like he could possibly bite on the play action if he's filling the running lanes so quickly.

Ive thought about that, and I believe it will happen once this year probably. Miami might capitalize. But it shows his speed and our linebackers lack of tenacity as well.

We'll find out, but if he's making his reads correctly, there isn't anything to worry about.

Lot of great posts. I've been noticing Gerry, too, along with some defensive players really putting pressure on opposing QB's.

The player I've been most impressed with besides AA might be Kenny Bell. When he's not injured, he's absolutely explosive- opens up the field and makes our passing game pretty sick. I know he's not exactly under the radar, but he's fairly critical IMO.
