Roy CO HSKR
From sonofahusker: Turn arounds from 2004 to 2005: Texas Tech 2004: 10-70, 2005: 31-34 +57 points Kansas State 2004: 21-45, 2005: 27-25 +26 points Colorado 2004: 20-26, 2005 30-3 +21 points Oklahoma 2004: 3-30, 2005: 24-31 +20 points In '05, we lost to Kansas 40-15. I'm going on record by stating that we'll beat Kansas in '06 by 33+ points, and exceed our 57 point turn around vs. Tech. Nebraska 42 Kansas 7 Man, that's going to feel good! __________________ From rojo: KU for 2006: Offense: --6 starters return. --No returning QB Defense: Their strong suit last fall. HSKRNOKC
That should prove to the people that we are improving greatly, if our overall record wasn't enough to indicate that. It looks like the cupboards are pretty bare at KU. It could be a pretty bad spanking for them.......REVENGE Quote Link to comment
Touchdown Tommie
Wow, when I see those stats it makes me feel very well about last season...even better than I already felt. Thanks for the info...... Quote Link to comment
TheKiD
Yup good stats. Though man I really want to close my eyes and forget all about KU this year and pretend it was all a dream. It does make me feel uneasy that we even have to TALK about beating KU, it should be assumed... and I'm gonna attribute this time to the stars lined up wrong or something. Quote Link to comment
HuskerInKC16
I wish people would realize that they lost all 3 starting linebackers on defense, not to mention the Big 12 Defensive POTY. Nick Reid, Kevin Kane and Banks Floodman were the heart and soul of that defense, and they're all gone. You don't just reload a great defense when you lose guys like that. Quote Link to comment

Roy CO HSKR
pigsonthewing: Thanks for the note on the ISU comparison. That would be a swing of +14 from 2004-2005. Who is going to be the toughest opponent in the Big 12 North? I suppose that would be primarily based on returning starters and a QB with some experience. Quote Link to comment
husker rob
I think that our toughest game in the north this year will be ISU only because of it being in Ames Quote Link to comment
