Jarred04
http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/news/story?id=2400579 Favre is expected to make a decision today at his annual celeb golf tourney. From the sound of this article, it's bye bye Brett. It is sad to see the end of a great career, but we knew it had to end sometime. Too bad we didn't know the end was coming so he could have had a better send off. We'll see if he stays or goes in 8 hours... Quote Link to comment
Touchdown Tommie
No decision made yet....he is really putting the Cheese Heads in a bad spot. His backups do not have much experience. That is good for the Vikes though!!! Quote Link to comment
Jarred04
ya, no kidding. He said: I don't know why you guys wasted a trip down here? Is the press that crazy to just believe he will say something, or is he leading them to believe he will? I hate it because I like brett, but he needs to just make a decision and stick with it. Blackshirtsguru
If you think about it...It has to be a very tough decision. I am sure the guy has been playing football for 30 consecutive years starting back in Pop Warner. I know if that was me it would be a tough one to make. I do agree that Farve has left the Packers in limbo about wether he is coming back or not. Quote Link to comment
AR Husker Fan
I hope he returns. He can still play - and play well. While he will someday have to leave the game, today shouldn't be that day... Quote Link to comment

Some leave before their skills diminish. Brett should do what is in his heart. He has been a very good role model and a great player. Quote Link to comment
DJR313
Brett should quit waffling around. Either come back or stay away. If he has the respect and love that he says he has for Green Bay, then he would make a decision so that they can build pieces around him or get a serviceable quarterback in free agency to go with Aaron Rodgers. Brett Favre is one of the all time greats, but he needs to sh#t or get off the pot. Quote Link to comment
Fat Tire
If he is struggling this much over what he wants to do, then in my opinion, retiring is the wrong answer and one he would most likely regret. Quote Link to comment
kc_husker
He needs to get out while he can Quote Link to comment
