I know it's high school but we don't practice all that much on mondays. Partly due to JV's having their games on monday and coaches are gone. We do walk throughs but that's it. Some conditioning as well.

 

Same here, its a walk through and recovery day of sorts for us. It's mostly a lot of film and mental work for the kids.

Nope. RSS said it was a young defensive back before anything came out.
