krc1995
Wow- just tried to read rules. So, it’s a statistical bot that compares stars of the attacker against stars of the defender? Do we all make the same moves everyday? Or do we split the moves? Quote Link to comment
Toe
We all make our own moves. If you like, you're free to make your own move (sometimes called 'going rogue'), we just use the daily orders to try to coordinate things. Quote Link to comment
Toe
Well, Chaos is obviously pretty intent on f#&%ing us right now. They sent over half their power at us, and in particular they absolutely blasted Wyoming. Pull up Choas on this page and you'll see what I mean: https://collegefootballrisk.com/odds Quote Link to comment

Toe
@krc1995 If you're on the Discord, go into the #maps room, Shuffler posts daily PDFs that show where each team had their forces deployed the previous day (it's basically a combined version of what you get by pulling up different teams on that Odds page I linked). You can also see the overall battlefield heatmap on the Leaderboard page: https://collegefootballrisk.com/leaderboard Quote Link to comment

Hilltop
Defending Lincoln... no orders out and I'll be off grid rest of the day. I'm HuskerDave1993 Quote Link to comment

One of Wisconsin's biggest advantages is that they have a lot of 'safe' territories, with no one around to attack them. Like look at all of those territories in the mitten, there's no one else bordering them. Quote Link to comment
Toe
Something to remember about Chaos: they get a random bonus for attacking, but they don't get it for defending. So it's relatively easy to retake territories that Chaos owns. Quote Link to comment
krc1995
Is this game just a battle of bots? Trying to understand the lingo of you children today. Quote Link to comment
Toe
Supposedly the guy who runs it has put in some stuff to help combat bots & alt accounts. Who knows how well it actually works, though. Quote Link to comment
Toe
Not a bad day for us, net gain of three territories We successfully stamped out Chaos's presence in the northwest. They still control both Kansas territories, though, so we need to make sure they don't spread from there. It wasn't a great day for our biggest ally, Michigan, who lost a lot of territories. They still hold onto first place, though. Right now, we hold Western Kentucky, and I'd like to see us strike from our position there. Ohio State has been expanding their presence in that area, Georgia Tech is open to attack in Middle Tennessee, and it looks like A&M is moving into that area to connect to their allies and get away from Michigan. @nic You know that's yesterday's map, right? 1 Quote Link to comment
deeretech129
Sorry I missed the last few days I had a death in the family. We are rolling out some offense on our extreme east territory. We are pushing Chaos south and hopefully towards a&m. We had a shot at Mizzou, but we didn't get it. Quote Link to comment
