84HuskerLaw
Hm. amazing the pure political timing and language to have an emergency meeting to decide this but of course this is just a recommendation. It will take to November to adopt. lol. Notice it oddly allows a player to play 50% of max competitions. How many games is the max for CFB or volleyball or basketball. Dont forget BB season gets started about Nov. Quote Link to comment
84HuskerLaw
Actually this may be called the Nebraska rule as it seems to say as long as you start a season but dont play more than 7 games (50% of 14 maximum ?), you get extra year of eligibility. Rest of Big Ten is DENIED the extra year because they chose not to start. I think this would be so awesome to see adopted so the Big Ten quitters lose a year. lol. Quote Link to comment
Archy1221
2021 seniors in the low 3 star category and below will get screwed over from this. 4 and 5 stars will get take and so will High 3 stars. Seeing this in Baseball recruiting from last springs legislation. 1 Quote Link to comment

Plus the possibility of having extra scholarship students for many sports, resources aren’t infinite. I wonder if they would start cutting some walk-ons loose. Quote Link to comment
