My point was that they have always been paying players at Ole’ Miss and now with other teams being allowed to pay players he’s pissed off.

I thought his comments were pretty obvious even before he said them.  Other than, I don't think "salary cap" is the right term.  It's more like what @funhusker said.  But, I think that's what Kiffen meant.  

My brother went to the Volleyball final four.  He ended up sitting beside a D1 Vball player.  During the discussion this came up.  She stated that the top players are making decisions in large part based on where they can make the most money.  Well.....Nebraska has done well in recruiting lately.
