I thought it was a good article. The things that went on behind the scenes interesting. Are we going down the same path, maybe, but ultimately it comes down to the AD's belief in the coach and his staff.... We can only sit on the sidelines and hope......

BO will do what is best for him and his family, just like any of us would do. To expect him to do any different it stupid. If he gets an offer that allows him to provide a better life for his family he will take it and he should. Our fan base has become disenchanted with him and his way of doing things. I am sure this bothers him, it would me. With all that said, if there aren't some drastic changes made after this season, then maybe it is time from him to move on. I have said it several times during the year, this team is not playing up to their potential. That is a coaching issue. Yes, we beat NU, MU, PSU, and we should have beat MSU, with a depleted roster. However, was that roster depleted when we got our arses kicked by UCLA? That is the problem with this coaching staff.........

Team is just going through the motions right now. Really sad to see it.

I believe that BO will be back next year, with the understanding he has to do something about the coordinators. If he is stubborn and says he won't let anyone go, then he is done. As someone said earlier, just like Callahan. He has put himself in this position and only has himself to blame. He needs to hire proven coordinators so that he can just oversee the complete operation. Successful CEO's surround themselves with smart people, not their friends.

I don't think any of this talk would be happening if we didn't keep getting blown out on national television. There were tough times and bad losses under TO but we were never embarrassed. This falls squarely on the shoulders of BO!! I have been a big BO supporter but I am not sure that he can take us back to relevance, and that is the problem......

I understand all the baggage issue that would be related to the hire. I keep reading on here that we need to make a BIG SPLASH if we let Bo go. That would be a huge splash. Lets not forget that he turned OSU around. You could put him on a short leash and make sure that he isn't doing anything that would cause embarrassment of the school. I am not saying we need to hire him, just thought it would be an interesting hire.

During the afternoon show on KOZN, a sports writer was saying that Tressel would be interested if NU came calling.... What does everyone think of that option?? If this has already been discussed, I apologize, I never seen it.

I think a 70/30 split is best for the over all. However, you have to take what they give you.

If he is out because of the "dog house" Bo needs to go. He has to win this and keeping a play maker off the field because your mad at him is STUPID!!! He is coaching for his job.

Perception is that we have a crappy defense that is costing us wins. Reality is that BO has lost this team. He has lost them because he is too dedicated to T-Mart and that will get him fired. T-Mart should not have played today. By all accounts, Bo told Beck T-Mart was starting. I have been a huge Bo guy and I am having a real hard time defending him or his actions. At half time, he stated we just have a couple of things to adjust and execute. Same BS, it is getting old. It can only be execution issues for a couple of games, after that it is coaching issues. PERIOD!!!!

I think your comments are right on…. We needed him out there and he was on the sidelines taking a breather. If he needs to do that after only 2 runs, our conditioning really sucks.

I can't believe nobody has discussed the fact that T-Mart went against the company line. Regardless of the actual injury, there is always some doubt in what the injury really is, there was a company line that everyone was following until today. Even then it only came out because T-Mart stunk up the joint. Sorry boys, we will not win another game as long as he starts. The guys do not want to play with him, it is very obvious to me.

If we lose this game, something has to be done with the coaching staff. This is on the coaches, we aren't ready…. How can you not be ready?
