Huskers Predictions: 1. Not cured negative turnover ratio 2. Upset Michigan at big house but trap game result......loss. Perhaps SDSU? From what I read this Tre'Vell kid doesn'thave the greatest home life. Hope Pelini who mentioned he is going to help him get to a JUCO can make it. Wonder if he is considering Iowa Western Community College? Just wondering...how many junior college schools in Nebraska with football programs? I think none. I know Kansas JUCO schools are loaded with football.

Me too, Air Force career from 1975 thru 1982 (Det 10 radar site). Half of my civilian friends in Queen City (Hastings) was never ventured Lincoln trip ! I'm serious......not once. Believe it or not, I only spent 5 or 6 times in Lincoln trips over 7 years AF career. In fact, I never paid attention for Cornhuskers football at all until moving to Lincoln. Right off the bat, my thoughts too

Were those blades on the right originally as wide as the blades of turf on the left? Man, if so that really did take a beating. I assume the cleats and sun just kind of shred it over time? My guess artificial crabgrass on the left and bermuda grass on the right. Crabgrass is tougher. Related question: In FieldTurf shoes, regular cleats (real grass) or special cleats ?

Oh that is why.....north/south problems. Another idea, shrink field to 80 yards instead of 100 (CFL is 110 yards).

Steele was outdated. See his Predictions . Added Holiday, Hunger and Pinstripes bowls B1G Tie-Ins. Phil's said Washington-BYU in Hunger bowl (wrong) and TCU-ArizSt in Holiday (wrong).
