You put guys like JT in over Marlowe, even if he practices like sh#t. You let athletes who do not "know" your complicated schemes play over walk ons. You change your complicated scheme so athletes can play. You tell your OC to quit calling crap and stick with what works. You teach your QB to run and lay the wood, not make some defensive guys high light real. You design a play, even one, to get the ball into the hands of your playmakers. If they can't grasp the play book, you give them one new play a game. Tell your OC to find a friggin identity by next season or find a new job. Move Reed to WR. Kid can't block. These are all coaching issues. Nothing to do with the kids. You have kinnie and Quincy in on every play. If we are not passing at least make the DB's fear for their lives peeking inside to make a play. All season I have seen/heard about the physical play from both and I saw them one time today. They would have been great on the edge laying the wood against the smaller DB's. Bo needs to Bo up. novel concepts..............

Didn't help.............. TV highlighting Bo being eh............upset............... Looked like they made a few adjustments at halftime and (if we did).............I didn't see it Lost focus and get baited by their smack............ Hopefully, the efficient 1st quarter made an impression............

Easy to second guess, but if we have 5 guys standing at the end zone.......................maybe just 4 would be sufficient and the EXTRA COULD BE PRESSURING THE PASSER !!! Just a thought............

Wow, my original intent was to simply point out that physically .............the tape of Westerkamp is eerily similar to the play of Jordy Nelson and that was reinforced today as I watched the Packers. But now this thread is veering off target because a number of posters can't see beyond race..................so I'll drop it...........

They're both white? Yeah, I saw that. nah.........................they both have good size, athleticism, speed and and play in space............................color irrelevant......................hard to believe that is the first comparison someone would jump to........

One game shouldn't get a bad coach 3 more years and the Huskers have had bigger wins. We did get to the dance once about 15 t0 20 years. SADler has to go. As I've stated before, I like Doc and wish he would succeed, but there is NO momentum to the program and yes I do believe we could do a lot better. Consider a "blind" test. If a HC BCS position was anonymously posted as open that included a world class practice facility, a brand new state of the art home arena coming on board in a year, a salary of 1 million a year and a rabid fan base just waiting to be ignited.............with the only drawback being no relevant history/success in the program.....................do you honestly believe coaches would not be lining up for the opportunity ??

I wonder IF..........we put on an efficient performance on Monday, with crisp execution and a passable passing offensive game plan if it might serve as an audition............... He can't have been too impressed with the domers performance................and as a last impression...........maybe we'll look pretty good in comparison..................
