Has anyone on the board ever dealt with the Quadratus Lumborum muscle in the low back? I first went to the chiropractor thinking it was in the spine. 8 trips and very little relief. Next was a trip to the PT and they needled it which seemed to make a difference but only for a few days. I've found one stretch that helps. Also laying on a tennis ball on the hot spot helps but the best I've found is an inversion table. Any suggestions?

Quadratus Lumborum??? You sure you aren't making up words?
Seriously though, look into getting a home use ultrasound and try that. I got one years ago ised it for for some tendonitis and it worked pretty well. Pretty much just like the ultrasound doctors use, requires the gel, gets pretty warm etc. Think I got it online from a place called the healing shoppe (something like that). Actually got it for my son's Osgood-Schlatter. It seems to provide pretty good relief for muscular things.
