Bielema was never a candidate. There weren't any leaks from Nebraska's side, they kept it close to the vest. It was either made up or something Bielema teased out himself to solidify his position at Arkansas.
^ there was a tweet about it earlier, zoogies. However, doubt Bielema would've returned to the B1G regardless who offered. That would've been a hard swing - after he did what he did to wisconsin hard to pull a "just kidding guys the SEC wasn't as cool as I said it would be"
