I think Minny had more to do with creating this trophy than NU. So, not much the administration could do about the Bo connection.

Beating Iowa would be a great way to end the season. Iowa isn't scary good or anything. They have a good D but their offense is average for the BIG.

I'm not sure if it's hilarious or pathetic that Bo lives rent free in your mind. Good to see something occupy the space. He gets a raise every year. That is standard I believe. At 61, I am not sure we are going to be extending the contract now.

Minnesota is no powerhouse but it was VERY important to put them in their place and end their streak against us. We dominated them with a MASH unit on D too. Nothing to take for granted. Great win because we had to have it.

Oddly I have heard the same thing in my seats in Lincoln all year.

No doubt these kids appreciate the fans in the stands each week. You could hear the chants of "GBR" on TV. Very cool.

Seriously? Perleman edged out TO as AD because he had too much influence, power and infallibility. Harvey doesn't want another football coach with that kind of power.

I think it will take 2-3 years for MR to get where Bo was when he left. By that time we will be very happy to be 9-4 every year.

My fear is the Perleman and SE don't want NU to be a football power. They don't want football to dominate our identity. They will never hire a legend type coach because of this. They want us nice guy who wins some and loses some.

He has thrown less INTs but mostly because of luck. The last few games he has started slinging it into double, triple coverage. He is best rolling out and taking off. I like him running more. Hate him standing in the pocket.

Apparently, you can't be coached out of those habits either. He is the same as he ever was.
